Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide your order number and reason for return when contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Since we currently operate on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be made via bank transfer or an alternative mutually agreed method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
